    This payment is held by Elliot Leigh Property Management as a ‘Holding Deposit’ whilst we are carrying out the referencing processes. Please be aware that the tenancy at this stage is SUBJECT TO CONTRACT therefore will only be accepted once suitable references have been obtained and the Landlord has confirmed the tenancy.

    After making payment, your Property Consultant will be in touch to advise you of the next steps.

    If you withdraw from the proposed tenancy for any reason, then the above payment will not be refunded.

    If you fail references due to undisclosed adverse credit or if our referencing agency fail your report based on detrimental information found, then the holding deposit will not be refundable.

    Should Elliot Leigh Residential or our Client decide not to proceed with the proposed tenancy, then the amount paid to us will be returned in full.

    You should also receive a Cost Summary of the remaining move in monies due on or before the tenancy start date accompanying your Offer for Tenancy form. These funds are to be paid by direct transfer. Elliot Leigh Residential cannot accept credit cards or cash transactions.
